Erin Sloss
Chief of Staff
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Erin graduated from Pompano Beach High School and attended Florida State. She has been in the financial services industry since 2014. In her role as Chief of Staff at Coastal Wealth, a MassMutual firm, she plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities of the firm.
Jeremy is the Founder and CEO of Coastal Wealth. With more than 20 years in executive level positions with fortune 500 companies, Jeremy is considered a financial industry thought leader who brings energy and passion to helping people preserve wealth. He graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Political Science.
Harris’s storied 30+ year career began in 1989, when he launched his financial services practice with MassMutual and quickly established himself as a leader in the industry. He would rise quickly through the ranks of management, being named a Sales Manager (1993), Associate General Agent (1997), Managing Partner (2000) and General Agent (2003). He graduated with honors from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and attended Darden Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.
